Because of the nature of the Intentional Bundles site (generally selling products not made or manufactured by Intentional Bundles), if you have an issue with a products’ operational quality, you should take it up with the owner of that product first. Having said that, we will also make every attempt to only have deals containing products that work as they are advertised to and help troubleshoot where we can.
Our policy for returns is dependent on the nature of the product itself.
If the deal you purchased is for a physical product (i.e it is being delivered to you), check the refund policy on the page for that deal. If you request a refund before the item has been shipped, we can sometimes arrange the refund in time, depending on the partner.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of digital online products we do not have a refund allowance on our digital products because you are purchasing access to a link that delivers the product to you. We can’t return a digital product when you’ve already got access to it so therefore we can’t do refunds.
